Instead, opting for softer light sources like a night light or book light ensures we can capture our thoughts without triggering a wake-up call from our brains. By implementing these practices, we pave the way for a smoother transition from the alpha and theta states into the restorative depths of delta sleep, ultimately allowing for a more restful and rejuvenating night's rest.
